This item “shipped” 12/23 and arrived 1/9. It took 16 days to arrive at a home in one of the largest cities in the nation. And the return window started 12/23 and closed before I even came back from the trip for which I intended to have this is, but didn’t since it arrived two weeks late. Don’t order these miniature hats that don’t fit on an adult’s head, take 2.5 weeks to ship and you can’t return. And if you call customer service, there are no exceptions and this can’t be changed since apparently God decides these policies and nobody can change them.
