Broken zipper

I love how lightweight this cute cross body bag is, but the front zipper came apart before using, and at first use, the top zipper came apart several times. Would love to get another, but will not after seeing similar reviews.

Super design but faulty zipper

Such a great design! I really love it. However, the main zipper was already apart when it arrived. It won't go back together. I really hope they improve the zipper and offer the bag again. I would love to have more than one but I'm afraid of the zipper issue again. Kedzie, is this a known issue that you are remedying?

Really not happy.

I've used the Atlas crossbody for about three days and unfortunately the zipper on the side is broken. I noticed it was open and tried to close it and it was actually split apart. A letter in the name appears to be falling off also
