Brand likes Sizing Roulette with clothes?

Child- 5 years old. Height 43". Weight 41.5lbs. She's about an XS, so I ordered an XS. The company sent me a size small, which is fine. My child will grow into it but the Small is very long and seems a little big. Now I ordered an XS in a different shirt and it was too small like a 4T size. The size charts are near and exact sizes, so I'm not sure how they are measuring. Aside from that is my biggest issue, the design print isn't finished. At least the characters are on there. The material is comfortable and my daughter likes the feel of it. The shirt feels good quality.

Soft super cute Toy Story t-shirt

This is the girls Toy Story t-shirt. I got this in a size S and I think the fit is perfect and the pink is really pretty on her. We definitely have room to grow and just in case there is any shrinkage. My girl is in mostly size 5 and some size 6, so I would normally order an XS but I sized up to a S. I like that this t-shirt is a bit long on her as it is perfect for wearing to school with joggers or leggings. The material is super soft, lightweight and she says it is very comfortable. The Toy Story graphic is soft and melted into the fabric so it should hold up well in the wash.

Potential but the shirt was not finished

My daughter loves Toy Story so I was very excited for this shirt. They sent it unfinished. The design is missing the writing and the border around the characters. I still think it’s really cute but it’s not what I ordered. I also ordered a size xs, my daughter typically wears size 4/5T and they sent us a size small instead. It actually fits so I’m glad, but that was a mistake on their end. Shirt runs small.
