I purchased two Sheldon Traditional Design High Back Fabric Dining Chair - Light Gray. I did call customer service once with a simple question about delivery and David was exceptional in helping me with my issue/concern. The chairs are exactly what I expected. The items arrived quickly with no damage. The chairs were well packed for protection and assembly was easy. The chairs are heavy and have nice fabric. I purchased the chairs based on the measurements given on the website. I am a tall person, 6'1" and 195 lbs. I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable those chairs were to sit in. The chairs fit my body very well. I have never purchased furniture off the Internet and I was hesitant. The details given about the chair are exact. I consider this chair to be of high quality. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this company and it's product.
