NOT UP TO TARGET STANDARDS!
I like this dress but am disappointed in the quality. It has no label care instructions, brand name, or size indication and over priced! I will return it as soon as I can find another dress for Easter. I never saw this dress in Target and why are you selling cheap merchandise on line? Also no country of origin!
