easy to swallow

I am a vegetarian and use this vitamin because there is no gelatin in it. The capsules are easy to swallow. I wish the bottles were made of glass instead of plastic.

Easy way to get flaxseed into my diet

I have whole flaxseeds that I can grind before putting into my morning smoothie, but on days when I skip a smoothie or just can’t be bothered w/ the grinder, these pills do the trick and are so much easier to take!! Swanson’s price is great, especially during sales, and this oil makes me feel more balanced and grounded. Will continue to purchase from you guys!!

Perfect Solution

This product is the perfect solution to my needs. My doctor advised me to take flaxseed oil daily, but it can be challenging to remember the liquid. These capsules make it much easier by allowing me to consume the flaxseed oil along with my regular morning vitamins. As a vegan, I'm grateful for the gelatin-free aspect as well. Highly recommended!

I take this to get my omega 3 fatty acids and am pleased with the quality and price. These are great for any vegetarian or anyone who wants to get omega 3s but does not like fish.

Good alternative for fish oils

I am a vegetarian and I was looking for a vegetarian source for omega 3 fatty acids. This is organic and vegan. The price is amazing. My skin is looking good (not dull and dry). I think it is helping me overall. No after taste. I will definitely purchase it again.

Great Vegan Alternative

These flaxseed oil capsules have been a great replacement for my old fish oil omega-3s in my transition to veganism. Would highly recommend them to fellow vegans and non-vegans alike. Great product, great value!
