Love this brand

They definetly helped me with recovery after workouts and I thought they had good flavor (not too sour/sweet and didn't have a chemical taste). The only not I have is thst the serving size is quite large. It was a bit inconvenient to have to take 5 gummies. Also, since the serving size is 5 gummies, you only get about 30 servings.

I got her to switch over from her old creatine intake to this gummy version. She liked the flavor and was easily able to eat the serving amounts. Personally, the gummies were too grainy for me to be able to enjoy. If you're sensitive to grain textures it might not be for you. Besides that, my favorite flavor were the pink watermelon flavored ones. I got back into the gym this year with a focus on muscle growth. This has helped me visualize those gains and recover after lift days.
