Dissolves much better than Podium creatine; this creatine doesn't leave any noticable flavor using a 5g serving in about 18oz of water. Would give 5 stars if they put a scoop hook in the container like Podium, but this is less money per serving than Podium, so it's hard to complain about that. Haven't had any digestive symptoms but I don't do a loading phase and I've never had issues with any creatine.

This is my first target review ever but I gotta put it out there so it doesn't happen to anybody else! I'm going on a trip in about a week. I've had creatine before from different brands. So, I was planning on doing a loading phase for my trip to make my muscles look fuller. I couldn't get a hold of the creatines I know. So I went to my local target in SD to look for a creatine that's decent. I researched this creatine and pulled the trigger. Long story short it gave my skin an allergic reaction. I broke out with two hives on the bottom of my lip. I've been applying coconut oil religiously and it's helped tons! However, it's still noticeable. It's been about a week and although it is healing it's healing super slow. I'm going to have these marks for my trip unfortunately. I advise yall get a better creatine. It's annoying going though this.

Taking this tastes like chalk. Obviously because it’s unflavored and it does upset your stomach the first few weeks but you’ll end up getting used to it.

Since it's not 3rd party tested I can't be sure it doesn't contain heavy metals or other contaminants, so I will not be buying it again. However, for the time I used it (assuming it wasn't poisoning me), I thought it was good product.

This product works. It’s tasteless and dilutes very easy. Does not mess with my stomach either. After 2 weeks I can immediately see and feel the gains. Great product. It works!

Through out the workout it gives me a great amount of strength and increasing the weight by 5-10lbs weekly. It doesn’t taste anything, it’s like liking water, love it!!

I started having 1-2 scoops of this creatine post workout every day and over the last month my workouts have been noticeably better. I feel more energetic throughout the session and definitely getting a better pump and burn during sets. I used to get so fatigued and now I don't after using this creatine consistently. Love it.
