This product does not come with a scooper. There is no way of knowing how much creatine is going into your drink. Dumped the entire container. This is the second time in a row I have purchased this product and it hasnt had a scooped

It truly is flavorless and I’m starting to see a difference in my workouts after just a few weeks of consistent use, however it does NOT dissolve in cold liquids. I was trying to drink it with just water and while it tastes like nothing, you can feel the grains in your teeth so I highly suggest mixing it in a smoothie or protein shake, otherwise it’s great! I will definitely continue to buy and use it.

I'm not sure if the results I'm enjoying are due to my training, my rest, my diet, my protein supplement, or this creatine. I take it daily because the science behind it is pretty strong. I wish it came with a scoop; I'm never sure if I'm getting the right amount. I wish it dissolved better, the gritty texture in my mouth and against my teeth is unpleasant. I think the process is as good as can be, given the molecule involved. The experience is still better than Creatine HCl, which is more costly and tastes absolutely vile.

I specifically purchased this because it's specifically labelled as "micronized." In my experience, standard creatine monohydrate is very gritty, but all the micronized I've ever bought from other brands has been smooth as chalk powder, which dissolves better and has a tolerable mouthfeel. This ON stuff is pretty terrible. If you like drinking sand, you'll love this stuff. I would only ever recommend this if you are expecting standard creatine, not micronized. Otherwise, you're wasting your money.

Only creatine I've ever used that has given me side effects. After speaking with a few others, it seems this is somewhat common with this brand. I tossed it after a week.

Got this for my friend who has been lifting for a while without supplements. Got it in the pack with three products for him but I gotta say, I was so happy to see this item was in the pack. I had muscle loss after surgery, and I do feel this was value adding with no ill effects as a woman. It has no taste or smell which is good and everything that my research said creatine did it seemed to do. The only small problem was if you put this with water and the SAME brands protien it is like sand in comparison. A little gritty and it sinks to the bottom even when blended. I'd recommended blending this with protien powder and a banana for best results on texture.
