A: Hello! The measuring scoop is included inside each container, though it may settle toward the bottom during transit. We recommend using a clean utensil to locate it. One full serving of NativePath Creatine Complex is 8.5 grams, which is equivalent to one level scoop. If you need to measure a dose without the scoop, 8.5g is approximately 1 level tablespoon.
