My main issue is that it doesn’t dissolve well in liquids. I notice that it’s caked up at the bottom of my glass, no matter how many times I stir it or the temperature of the water. I have experienced this with other products.

So far so good.

My strength and endurance have improved so much taking this creatine! It dissolves quickly as well! I take it with my greens first thing in the morning before working out. The raspberry lemon is very refreshing too that I usually just mix that one with 8 ounces of water. Absolutely recommend!

This is my first time using any sort of creatine so I can’t compare it to anything else, but so far I do like it. I purchased the creatine that is unflavored. I mix the creatine in with my greens and collagen. I haven’t seen the effects of using the creatine yet since I have only been using it for 5 days.

I truly feel that this creatine is the best! It’s working amazingly for me and how my muscles and body feel. I have tried others and they all made me feel bloated and heavy, this one does not do that at all. I have tried the unflavored which I mix with Bloom energy and the flavored one also, both are great. Post lab test results please
If third party tested, why not post test results? For the premium price, third party tested results should be easily posted so we can be sure of purity of foreign origin creatine. Taste/texture don’t matter- what actually in the product matters.

I'll start by saying I don't have another creatine powder to compare this to, this was the first I've tried. I can't say I've noticed any benefits after a few weeks. At the same time no side effects. Biggest con is how it does not fully dissolve in any liquid I've tried it in.

A Gym Girls Dream!
I am really enjoying having creatine added to my workout routine! I've noticed a change in definition in my arms so far, and my boyfriend has said he can notice more lean muscle across the board (I cannot see it myself yet, but fingers crossed I will soon!). I add this to my fruit smoothies in the morning and don't even taste it, which is perfect. I am hoping to notice more progress the longer I take this, but I can already spot a difference!Word to the wise though, from one gym girly to another, this did make me bloat pretty heavily the first week or so I was on it. It's your body getting used to the added water retention, but once you get over the first few days, it goes away on its own. That being said, stay hydrated, and definitely consider adding this to your routine if you're looking for more muscle improvement!
