    I like how the powder is completely tasteless so it blends well with my coffee or water without distorting the flavor. It also dissolves well and doesn't leave a gritty aftertaste. I've been taking it when I eat my lunch and haven't developed any stomach upset. I'm noticing better sleep and less muscle soreness after Physical Therapy sessions.

    Does not dissolve well. Initially tried dissolving in iced coffee, did not work. So tried dissolving in hot coffee. Mixed thoroughly- still slurping chunks of grit. Maybe better for things like shakes that can hide the chunky grit.

    It's Monohydrate

    Which means it will be harder to make dissolve. The reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve at all need to use micronized creatine instead. I got this Bloom creatine to have “my own” creatine and not use the one my husband uses. I mix it with my clear protein and just shake it really well in a blender bottle. I drink the whole thing in one go, so the fact that it doesn’t dissolve well is fine for me as shaking it first then drinking does the trick. If you want it to dissolve well, get a different brand.

    I’d been researching the numerous health benefits of creative an decided to give it a shot. I already renjoy so many other Bloom products, it was an easy decision to go with this trusted brand.. This has been such an easy add into my morning green drinks—and what’s even more exciting is I’ve noticed a significant inmorovement in my sleep, motivation, clarity of thought and creative flow from a cognitive standpoint.
