WARNING!!! THIS EXACT PRODUCT GAVE ME KIDNEY FAILURE. Going to share my experience because I believe it’s worth sharing if anyone is going to read this one star review. I was 17 and working out twice a day, taking one scoop as recommended and I’m drinking and eating great. I notice amazing results within the first few weeks, but one day I woke up with horrible stabbing-like pain in my stomach. Ended up throwing up roughly 11 times over the course of 2 1/2 days, eyes completely bloodshot red (no joke there was no white to be seen in my eyes for a few days). Once my mother figured it was time to go into the hospital, we went to the ER considering how horrible the pain had been for that amount of time. I was in the hospital for 5 days, the 1st day they almost had me doing dialysis. After calming the pain down with the meds I was given, they decided to wait a night to prevent me from having to go through with dialysis. By the grace of god, the pain had slowly lessened, but not without coming back to kick me some more lol. By day 5 I was feeling much better and healthier. After being released from the hospital, I was unable to eat sodium (salt) which is in EVERYTHING and other dense foods for around 4 to 5 months. Natural creatine levels are around .9 mg/dl typically anywhere above 1.3 mg/dl is dangerous (my levels were above 10 mg/dl just for reference to how potent this is). I am now 22 and the healthiest I’ve been. A curse turned into a blessing is how I look at it now. If you are going to take this product, I beg you to do your research and DRINK A MINIMUM of one GALLON of WATER per day, I still am uncertain if I was dehydrated from not enough water or if it was just the product itself. All I can do is warn the next person that potentially puts this into their body. If you made it this far, thank you for reading and I’m proud of you for reading reviews before buying. I purchased this Creatine a few days ago, and it never dissolves even left it in water overnight. Waste of money.
