    The best

    This is the best creatine I’ve ever had. I’ll admit I was a little skeptical to try creatine from Target, but I’m so glad I did! I was completely blown away! The creatine dissolves almost immediately into liquid and you don’t even really have to stir! The best part is it has zero taste whatsoever. I’ve tried so many others that say they have no taste and there is a taste. I can literally take this creatine in water. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

    heart rate increased a lot

    took this for three days and found that heart rate increased from 70s to 90s, had to stop.

    You Need It

    I see a difference in my body when I take creatine vs. when I don’t. I’m on my 3rd tub of this creatine. I highlight recommend this one because it’s micronized. A lot of people are worried about bloating but when taken correctly the bloating is minimal to non existent. I like to sip on mine during my workouts, so by the time I finish my workout, I’m done drinking my creatine.

    Not great for me

    Based off of the reviews this seemed great. This creatine made me nauseous and I could taste it . Previously only tried naked brand and thought I’d give this one a try but will have to return.
