Real good pre
Don't know what the other review was talking bout but this pre workout is solid, great focus and energy. I'd rather buy it online from Ryse than in person to save a good bit of money, but it's worth 40.

Pre workout bad
I thought it was just naturally a bad tasting pre but I checked the item and it’s like expired or something the powder turned hard and stuff so I had to throw it out tasted horrible
