As someone who does hair, I love this product, I use this when I have toned clients too ashy and this removes the toner and leaves the hair just how it was when I bleached it, it works really quick. Amazing product

I use this product and prior to using my hair was soft and I could easily run my fingers through it wet. I've I put the shampoo on it started feeling clumpy and course. Have the conditioner a shot hoping it would help. Absolutely not. It was the worst feeling hair ever and I've spent the last 2 days putting coconut oil on my hair trying to remedy the awful texture. It made it feel like sand paper in clumps. My hair was in much better shape before I used it. Hopefully I can get it back to original texture I can't even comb it after using this product. The shampoo, conditioner and crystals felt horrible every step of the process.

I have blonde highlights toned with a cool gloss. Well should say had. I used this and it completely removed all the glossing from my hair and turned it a not so nice shade of yellow/orange. Not what I had in mind. Removed the tone I wanted and left me with what they say it removes. Thankfully I had more gloss to get my hair back to the cooler side

Love these little purple packets, but wish they were less expensive. Yikes!
