They will hold super light things. I hung a very light clock with them (probably less than 7 oz.) and it fell off the wall and broke because this hook fell. The clock lasted maybe 2-3 days on the wall before the hook unstuck. Most importantly, don’t use them in the bathroom - they won’t hold there at all due to the humidity. They work great for super light stuff (like a wool hat or an apron), so keep this in mind. I have a few of them and the light items have lasted on the walls for a month so far. Finally, they come with 0 guidance on how to install them, how much weight they hold, or how to get them off the walls.
