TARGET CHEATED ME

I brought this skirt and another skirt from Target. These were too big for me, so I retuned them by UPS. Next thing I know, return was declined. When I called Target they said return was declined because the item was worn. Target completely lied. The product was returned in unworn perfect condition with tags attatched. They declined to return the skirt back to me and declined to return my money. They kept both and told me I have no possible resolution. TARGET CHEATED ME. Since they cannot make profit any other way, they have resorted to cheating to make money. I am done shopping at Target
