I’ve used HCL with pepsin for over 20 years. It completely took care of my acid reflux. I take one a day and have no problems. I highly recommend it.

Great product!

Very helpful for digesting animal protein. Take 2 or 3 before eating meat. I never have heartburn!

This product is used -- by me -- to aid the stomach in producing Hcl. It seems to be working well, but I am moving slowly in this direction to make certain of which potency I need.

A wonderful product!

HCL really helps with acid reflux. I take it every time with a meal. If I have any acid ingestion, I take it and within 20-30 minutes acid heartburn is gone. It has helped me from relying on medication. It really helps promote good digestion especially meals with protein.

Great digestive aid without heartburn

I’m usually sensitive to low pH intake. HcL with pepsin does not cause heartburn and aids my digestion. I won’t eat animal products without it!

Digestion Help

I have been using this product for several years. Not only does it stop the bloating & sick feeling after eating a meal, but it also encourages regular BMs. I have been regulating how many I take by the size & type of meal I will be eating, & that has worked out well for me. I highly recommend this product.

Potent dosage, can tell it works

I like the dosage, as opposed to, for example, Swanson's brand. I have to take twice as many Swanson brand because it's half the dosage potency, making them almost a wash in the value per dollar category. It's something that I notice works well for me, but suprisingly, this Solaray HCL has maltodextrin in it. I hate how many things have this very bad filler in it, and I'm looking at other brands because of that. Lost a bit of trust in Solaray because of this, as some of their other products have also worked so well. Swanson does not have malto-junk in it.

Helpful with meals

I use this at meals combined with digestive enzymes and black radish. It helps with digestion, and I'm delighted to notice it also helps with elimination, so I'm pleased with the results.

Works Like it Should

I believe a Hcl with Pepsin supplement is needed for the digestive system of older adults like myself. This brand, this capsule's mg. strength, this bottle's economy size, is my choice to fill that need.

Don't take too much!

This stuff has much more HCl in it than most Betaine HCl products. It is great if you are very low in stomach acid. Take with protein only, or your stomach might really hurt!
