Charger broke and they are refusing to replace or provide replacement link so i can get another 60 day window closed and we cannot help you! Jokers

Missing Parts, no info on how to contact customer service.

Missing a piece in the passenger side rail where the top lights plug in . It won’t even fasten into place because the piece is missing. I’m not very impressed by the size of this jeep either considering the price point. I also was not aware until after it was delivered that it is not eligible for a return so I’m not even able to contact anybody about the missing piece.

quality is okay. not really worth the price. lights in the back do not work unless you have something pressing them down so the metal surfaces connect. customer service phone number basically tells you to email them and hangs up. we bought a cheaper one for our son (1/2) the price and have had no issues. seems like the more expensive models just are not worth it

Great for crusing

I thought that it was a two theater however it’s only one and I love it. It’s very durable. It can go up cruise. It can drive on the grass. My toddler is running it through the mud and it’s still working. We use it almost every day and I probably only have to charge it once a week so battery life is extra extraordinary. It did take a little bit to set it up. Probably about 40 minutes, but if you just read the directions too early. You’ll get it in.

Good

We love how well it rides on grass and gravel and inclines. Good traction. Speed is good and we love that it automatically brakes when the child off the gas. It’s seems kind of flimsily made out of thin plastic in places and the Bluetooth sound feature kind of sucks. Overall my son and I love it!
