I would buy again with some quality of life improvements
I gravitated towards this unit due to it's size, and cloud management features. it allowed me to fit a UPS into my 10inch home networking rack. For the first 3-4 months it worked well, shortly after that time I started getting sudden and notifications every 2-3 minutes stating this UPS had lost connectivity, nothing else on my network that was hardwired was going down so I opted to restart the unit and update the firmware. It's working better now aside from the internal battery being defective. With some improvements to it's NIC, and cloud management dashboard I'd happily purchase another.

Why cloud only
This fits in a 10" rack platform and seems to work great, but only cloud control is insane. It has a USB config port, but I couldn't get it to show up on any device. That means no NUT server, even though plenty of other Tripplite UPS work with NUT, and the manufacturer even calls out NUT as a way to CLI interface with their UPSs. Big disappointment. The user manual also has about 5 lines talking about CLI control, and 45 pages talking about how to use their Cloud connected app. I'm still going to use it bc it'll keep my server powered through power blips, but I'm annoyed I paid $50 extra for the one with a useless USB port.

handicapped by Cloud only network
I thought I had hit the jackpot with a small UPS with network Connectivity.. throw in switchable outlets and BAM! living the dream... then the dream was crushed when I realized the only way to talk to the unit was through the company servers, and their Cloud service. Seems like a lost opportunity. I'll have to keep my eye open in the future in case they release a similar model that can be directly controlled and monitored via SNMP or HTML.

Awful
the remote monitoring app note is 41 pages of how to configure the website for groups and users, no info on how to troubleshoot the remote connection
