Very disappointed. My chain broke.

I love the necklace. But I was in my car last night and I felt something on my chest. When I reached up I realized my necklace had broke. That was heart breaking. I have not had the necklace long at all. Please tell me how I can get it replaced.

This necklace is stunning, I'm so happy with this purchase. I bought the matching three carat earrings and they are stunning as well. I have many Moissanite pieces from another retailer and these are just as beautiful. Flawless stones and I love that the necklace and earrings have six prongs.
