Directions

Do not use more than directed. Drink a full glass of water with each dose.

  • A: Prior to using a product, we recommend you check the list of ingredients printed on the pack and follow the instructions available with the product. Excedrin Migraine and Excedrin Extra Strength/ Excedrin extra strength headache both contain acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin (acetylsalicyclic acid) 250 mg, and caffeine 65 mg. However, these two products are not considered the same based on their indication for use and clinical studies conducted to support these indications. The FDA has reviewed data submitted in support of the Excedrin Migraine product, to determine the dose appropriate for their indications. The labeling for Excedrin Migraine, including Warnings and Directions, are specific for the treatment of migraine. In case of any further concern, please consult your healthcare provider for advice.

    Effective and fast relief !

    Can't leave the house without it

I've tried just about each and every one that is available over the counter. I always like to have some on me and I leave a small pack everywhere I go so the little packs work perfectly for me. The combination of acetaminophen, NSAID, and caffeine is powerful & takes away my headaches almost immediately. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the pill was easy to swallow. I had no side effects from taking this medication. It’s easy to carry in your purse or pocket. I have officially converted & won’t be using Tylenol anymore for my headaches.

    Better than ibuprofen

I know that this medicine has helped with all of my stress headaches caused by work or anxieties if life. I woukd definitely recommend to at least give it a try.
