I was very happy with the lamp. Good quality and it was packed very well.My only wish was that the gold metal was a bit more antiqued, but I got used to the color. It is the 4th or 5th lamp purchased from Lamps Plus.

The silver ring that holds the lamp shade in place constantly slips, forcing the shade down on top of the bulb. I've had one shade shatter because it broke the bulb. I have replaced the silver rings twice and am now in the market for new lighting.
