This fixture is a big statement! If you can't decide between silver and gold, or want to mix finishes, this is a perfect choice. It came with a chain, so it can be hung lower, which I did not realize until the electrician opened the box. The finish is a soft gold w/silver undertones.

Looks more simple in person- that was a bummer for me. Also the inside could have been nicely painted the gold tone color to match all around instead it sticks out with white metal.

Beautiful color of metal — we were looking for something antiques' due to our very old rare watercolor painting in a room. Frame of our painting is exact to color of metal! The chandelier metal is like a light pewter/silver/champagne combination, definitely not old ugly yellow brass! When it is on, it gives a soft warm enough bright light for room! Our room has 10 ft ceiling, and it is not too big, more cozy but still airy. Highly recommend!
