Be aware that these bowls are much smaller than the Kaytee timothy bowls. Each bowl is only 3 inches diameter at the base, and only a little more than 4 ounces in weight, but cost over $6 on sale. It can be difficult to find properly sized products for small pets, and my experience was a reminder to read product descriptions carefully. I focused on the mention of "bunnies" in the product title, but not the "for guinea pig treats" ending. In my opinion, this product is too small for my 5-pound bunny, too large for a hamster or gerbil, but right-sized for a guinea pig or rat. If I had figured out how small the bowls were, I would not have spent so much money, but I can easily find bigger timothy bowls for my bunny. If still I had beloved piggies or rats, I might not mind so much.
