The ProsourceFit Adbominal Mat is a small and simple, yet effective tool for a superior ab workout. The high density foam fits naturally in the arch of your back, giving you support and ability to work through a full range of motion. This means you can get better results from your ab exercises, compared to standard floor crunches and sit-ups, which limit your range of motion. It’s also more stable than core workouts on an exercise ball, which require more balance and can be difficult for some people to use safely. I did not buy a Abdominal Mat. I bought the Arched Back Stretcher instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Arched Back Stretcher. I have been looking for something that would help me with the arch in my back. A old geezer like me wants to walk straight up as long as I can. It frees some of the stiff muscles and I can feel some ribs shifting back to where they belong. It is sturdy enough to not breakdown for years.
