Q: Can adults where them?
A: Technically, yes. I have a 30" waist and I easily fit into them. They're not meant for an adult bladder though, so it's good for minor leaks.

Q: What makes these for boys specifically? More absorbent in the front?
A: Hi Rachel! The boys and girls pants have zoned absorbency where girls and boys need it most, but they have the same absorbency overall.

Q: Can this be used overnight?
