The water itself tastes fine, but the design of these bottles is incredibly frustrating. The caps are so tightly sealed and difficult to unscrew that they actually cause blisters on my fingers just from trying to open them. The plastic on the caps feels sharp and rough, making it painful to grip. While the small size is convenient, it isn't worth the struggle to get a drink. I won't be purchasing these again unless the packaging changes.

has the person that designed these bottles ever actually used them?
Good price, tastes decent. but omg the bottle design is horrific. the bottles are so thin and flimsy that you can't grip them well, and the caps are half the size of regular ones so you can't get a good hold on them. plus they have little sharp plastic pieces that don't get sanded down when the caps are put on and they rip your hand up when you try to open them. it's the same fustrating experience every time I grab a water. annoying enough to look for a different brand.

punctured bottle
I've gotten this water many times before and I ordered this for pick up. When I picked up the case to bring it into my house I noticed it was dripping. I went through all the bottles of water and one bottle was punctured on the bottom with a tiny hole and leaking everywhere. There was also one other bottle that didn't look like the rest, it was filled to the very top and squished in more than the others. I think I'll just dump the others out, just to be safe :(
