Shattered in the oven
The pan shattered in the oven, covering the dish below it and the bottom of the chamber in sharp pieces of glass of all sizes. I only bought it a couple months ago and used it a total of one time before it shattered. The shards were really hard to clean up and I'm still kinda worried they're in my other dish.
