The handles are great for ease of moving the dish into and out of the oven and I was happily surprised at how lightweight it is. The only downfall for me is the shallow depth - If it were 1/2 inch deeper it would be perfect.

I frequently make homemade pot pies, and purchased this as an alternative to a glass pan that burns the bottom. I am love! Excellent heat conduction for a brown crust with no burnt spots. Plus, cleanup is a snap!

It cleans easily after baking and is a perfect size for me. I used it to heat and serve mashed sweet potatoes at Christmas dinner. It was a very attractive looking dish on the table.
