    Great product!

    We have been eating Instant Oatmeal for years. It is so fast in the microwave. Add an icecube and it is ready to eat. The Maple and Brown Sugar is our favorite.

    Gaslit by unannounced formula change

    New formula, with no announcing of same. this now tastes like cardboard. I don't mind the move to more natural ingredients but the texture change to the oats is revolting. they do not absorb water and they stay "al dente" like eating raw oats despite microwaving for more than five minutes. I'm going to try and get a refund, not for the money, but because I feel gaslit when they don't acknowledge a formula change.

    Can someone in the reviews please tell me what other brand I can try that tastes how the ORIGINAL Quaker flavor used to taste? This new flavor is terrible, I noticed the change immediately and hated it. Thought I was going crazy until I read the other reviews. Really sick of companies doing this.

    Change it back!

    I literally eat this every day for years and now it is not absorbing water for some reason. This ruins it completely. Please revert whatever you did or you will loose a long time customer. This also applies to the lower sugar version.

    Original old formula was better

    I have been eating maple and brown sugar my entire adult life 2-3 times a week. Well, now that has changed. Your new formula tastes terrible. Ridiculously bad. How can you mess up oatmeal? It now tastes like fake sugar coated clumps of soggy cardboard. Quit trying to make an extra 50 cents a box and bring back the old formula. Creamy, delicious and just the right sweetness. Come on Quaker, you can do better.

    Revolting New Taste

    The taste between my current box and the last is 100% different now, and the new taste is actually revolting. It tastes less sweet and has a strange after taste now that that only gets more disgusting as you continue to eat it. I'll be switching to compliments.

    Not up to you standards

    The last 2 boxes of 8 that I have purchased Show no sign of brown sugar but a fine white powder that does not “melt”. What have you done to this previously delicious cereal? I am going to have to find a different brand. ☹️ I grew up on Quaker Oats.
