Q: How can I adjust the resistance on the steepers?

  • A: This stair stepper uses hydraulic cylinders for resistance (not magnetic or mechanical gears). It does not list a specific resistance adjustment knob. That usually means the resistance level is fixed by the hydraulic pistons themselves — you get whatever resistance they provide as you step. Hope this helps!

This stepper is not a controlled type stepper. It has bungee cords instead of shocks to make ur stepper smooth when working out.
