Description

The Node Fitness foldable under desk exercise bike is compact, lightweight and pre-assembled for immediate use, just unfold, secure, and start pedaling. Weighing in at just 6 pounds allowing for easy storage and transportation. The exerciser can be used beneath desks in the office, in home while watching television and for therapy for those with limited mobility. The pedal exerciser is effective on both arms and legs while increasing your range of motion, blood circulation and burning calories. Useful for people occupying sedentary positions for extended periods of time as well as those undergoing physical therapy. The tension knob allows you to adjust the pedal resistance settings and the LCD screen displays RPM, workout time and calories burned. Non-skid rubber feet provide traction and stability on any floor, table, and surface preventing the pedal exerciser from sliding during use. Each pedal has a nonslip surface and adjustable straps for added comfort and safety. Recommended maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds. I’ve used a peddler like this for years … I’m 5’10” and a size 6 due to this mini machine . It’s easy to use and carry . I take to coffee sit outside while I sip coffee or tea. I’m in good shape .. Don’t need a noisy dirty gym… I use 2 hr a day . I do 30 min sets take a short bathroom break then do again for min 2 hr and often 3 plus hr. I look great thanks to this machine … use my Apple Watch and iPhone to track my time etc … this will be the 3rd one I’ve purchased .

Junk

Total junk. Once you screw in the tension knob, that’s about it. You can’t adjust the tension unless you’re Hulk Hogan. Plus the peddling is not smooth, it’s very jerky and annoying. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Overheats and no resistance.

The cycle overheats and provides little resistance. I enjoy the convenience of this type of exercise and will look for another model that will offer a better work out and not overheat.
