Q: Are these actually oven safe? Purchased one recently and the label on the bottom says dishwasher and microwave safe, but nothing about the oven. There seems to be conflicting information on the pages for other Threshold ramekins.
A: Hi J - Great question! These handy ramekins are oven-safe making them a beautifully versatile way to prepare some of your favorite recipes. Thanks for stopping by! - Shelly

Q: What size is this about 8 ounces?
A: Hi Renee- Great question. These ramekins are great to display all the fun condiments or ingredients for prepping a great meal. They’re 6 inches wide and will hold four ounces. Thanks for asking. -Michelle

If the ramekin is 13 cm in dia and 6.6 cm deep, let's conservatively say that the interior of the ramekin is 10 cm x 4 cm. If that's the case, the volume is pi*R^2*h, which is (3.14)*(5cm)*(5cm)*(4cm), which is ~315 cc, or ~10.5 oz. Just throwing this out there for people with recipes that call for ramekins to be filled with ~8oz of 'stuff', which I know exist. Might want to head to the store to check this one out.
submitted byKevin - 8 years agoA: They hold a tad more than 12 oz of liquid. I measured water in a measuring cup and it was just above 12 oz, Then I filled individual measuring cups with the same water. It filled a 1 cup, a 1/2 cup, and 1/3 cup. This takes the water to the top of the vertical ridges, so there's still room at the top for expansion (or whatever). Hope this helps.
