The soup is tasty, I actually had the slow simmered chicken noodle and the texture of the chicken is a little rough, it tickles the back of my throat. Priced way too high since it tastes almost exactly like Progresso, is more expensive, with less soup for the price.

Not good on its own. To make it taste good I sautéed garlic and onions in olive oil then added soup to let simmer- added spices and herbs. Dash of extra olive oil for more flavor. Splash of Lemon. Added heavy cream and some cheese and hot sauce. Still not amazing but better than before

There are very few foods I actually don’t like enough to throw away but this is one of them. The thyme flavor is SO overwhelming. I like thyme and this is just not good. The consistency and the creaminess are nice but that’s it for me.

Thyme was extremely overpowering. Would never buy again, don’t think I’d even try their other soups considering how awful I thought it was. For an expensive jar of soup, I expected to at least be able to eat it

It is so so so good, my favorite Rao’s soup. So hearty, super well seasoned, just incredible. No complaints. Reheat low and slow and the gnocchi stays firmer.

I love Rao Pasta Sauce so I assumed I would love this too. Alas it was inedible. It had such a strong flavor of thyme and perhaps bay leaves that I was unable to eat it and dumped it out after 2 bites.

I’m not a fan of their pasta sauce but I wanted to try their soups. The soups were buy 1 get 1 free so I tried chicken gnocchi which I thought was very tasty. It’s not over salted but it could use more gnocchi and chicken. I’ll just have to buy extra gnocchi and chicken and add it. But I really liked it and would buy again.

Did I get a bad batch? I’m not kidding when I say this soup tasted like dust and cobwebs (or so I assume). I couldn’t stomach more than one bite. I haven’t been crazy about their other soups either but this was just inedible.
