Q: The description reads the brush is approximately 4" high by 2" wide. The product I received is barely 2 5/8" high by 1 1/2" wide. Is the description wrong? Are there different sizes in the orange sponge? Has the product shrunk?
A: The product actually grows when you add water. The size outlined is expanded grow.

Q: Just rinsing with water doesn’t clean them. What does the manufacturer suggest for cleaning their sponges.
A: Use a gentle cleanser and warm water to cleanse your sponge

Q: What is size of item? 2" ? 3 "?
