Very tasty and OH the protein, just what I need for eating before taking medications. Perfect for meal my calorie and sodium restrictions. And it's not just for breakfast, any mealtime or snack will do.

I have been doing keto, and high protein. This is the perfect breakfast to fill you up, and feel good about yourself. They are so delicious as well.

Tastes good, good low calorie high protein breakfast, low amount of ingredients. Cooking it with a damp paper towel is not my favorite thing about it but I will most likely purchase again.

I eat egg sandwiches with my kids almost every morning. When we're short on time or want convenience we go for these egg, turkey, and cheese sandwiches. It's a solid choice when it's enjoyed by 2 kids under 6 and a grown man.

There's no good way to cook these from frozen. Whether you use an air fryer or a microwave, the eggbuns cook faster than the sausage. I bit into one and burned my mouth on the egg but instantly found relief on the still-frozen sausage patty. You may want to cook each piece separately. Also, who wants put their fingers on egg to pick up and eat a sandwich? And what are they doing to the eggs to make them stay a shaped like a bun? When I finally got around to eating it, it was kinda gross. But the dog liked it.

I eat this for lunch at my work. Easy to transport in my lunch bag, easy to heat in microwave.

My second time purchasing this. They’re very handy., especially when I’m trying to keep my protein high in my carbs low.. I don’t remember black specs previously and I’ve afraid maybe this batch was compromised at some point. I’m hoping someone can confirm weather this appearance is normal.

I'm so glad I found the Red's Egg'Wich. This has been a game changer to simplify my morning routine. These pack in a nice 17 grams of protein with only 3 grams of carbs. They are a tasty and satisfying start to my day and the macros are spot on for my low carb lifestyle.

I really enjoy these for a quick breakfast. They are different than a regular sandwich without the bread -- but I don't miss the bread! The turkey is tasty. The egg doesn't taste like too much, but it all seems to work well together! Will buy this 4 pack again. Good value.

I've been buying these for awhile. I like that they're versatileZ. My husband likes them for being low card and that they can be seasoned to our individual taste interests. I also like to put mine and the kids between an English muffin. He's not so much a fan. These are perfect because they are not seasoned so we can make them to our own palette so even my picky kids like them. I leave our seasonings next to the toaster over and quickly throw on my husbands favorite blend on his egg side. I add pepper to mine. And leave the kids plain. Everyone has a breakfast they're happy with that I put a lot of time or effort into. It's so easy my husband and my second grader can make us all breakfast the way we each prefer in no time.
