item not as pictured and damaged

They show a clear container of lack licorice. We recived a container with broken lid and licorice protuding. There was no broken pieces in shipping box so this item was sent like this. It is obviously broken so they knowingly shipped this merchandise. I believe this is a partner of Targets and does not ship from target stores. Beware of this item!
