Got this because I have been dying my hair and dealing with breakage. I don't see an obvious difference however I think it works better when used on and off with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and not used for EVERY wash because of protein overload! This shampoo doesn't feel super thick and feel pretty light weight, and smells good!
