Q: I lost the manual so I can’t figure out how to lower my barstools. They are now at 29 inches from the top of the seat to the floor and I need them to be 24 inches. Can I have some help please? Thank you in advance
A: you can google the item number for instructions
submitted byCheyenne Product Expert - 4 years agoBrand expertA: The company provides a set of 24" leg attachments, part G. You need to take off the 29" (part H)ones and replace them with the 24" ones.

Q: Hello, is there a way I can order just the smaller adjustable leg pieces. My dumb self accidentally threw them away with the box and now my chairs are way to high for my bar area.
A: Hi, we are looking for an answer to this question as well. We have seven (7) stools that we need the smaller adjustable leg pieces for. We have left 3 messages for Cheyenne so far at 800-737-5267 and have had no response. Is there any way to purchase 7 sets of just the smaller adjustable leg pieces? We seem to have misplaced ours. Thank you
submitted byTerri - 5 years agoA: Unfortunately we do not have replacement leg extensions. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: The seat on the black looks like it's a "faux" leather in the picture rather than a fabric. Is that the case? I want to put this on my balcony so want to be able to easily dry the seat if it gets wet in the rain.
A: Thank you for your question. We do not recommend this product for outdoor use.
submitted byCheyenne Product Expert - 5 years agoBrand expertA: I bought it anyway and am pleased with my purchase. My balcony is fully undercover so it's not like it will get soaked. I plan to keep a towel on the seat cover (it is a faux leather) to protect it from the sun and UV rays. It was easy to put together and while maybe just a little small, it is plenty stout and rigid (I'm 6-2 and 200 pounds). Pretty much exactly what I was looking for and at this price point, if it lasts even a year, I'll be satisfied. Thanks.

Q: the package states it has 10 washers it only came with 6 -also how does the stool adjust to 29" it only sits at 26" - the instructions are really not clear on that specific part
A: At 24” how high is the back from floor to top
submitted byMary - 6 years agoA: Thank you for your feedback. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 800-737-5267 or email customerservice@cheyenneproducts.com so we can gather more information about your order and send you replacement parts. As for the height adjustment, the stool comes with two sets of legs - a set for 24" and a set for 29". In order to change the height you would swap the legs out.
