The backpack itself was very strong, and the owl design adorable. However the handle is flawed, and broke (disconnected from pole) within a couple of weeks. The handle appers to be the point of weakness. This could be a really great rolling backpack, if they fix this design flaw.

Ripped lining?
I like the bag itself, it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for my daughters school stuff. However, the lining ripped within 60 days of purchase. I mean...that shouldn’t be happening at all let alone within the 90 day return policy. Used or not, that is unacceptable and I’ve initiated a return. TBC when we get the new bag.
