Q: I use RX lidocaine patches on my feet to sleep (rare disease Erythromelalgia). A roll-on or spray would certainly be attractive to me. How long does the roll-on or spray last compared to RX pads (I get 30 pads per month)?

As others have stated, couldn't remove the top. Aspercreme has a roll on with same top design but that comes off easily. Company needs to look at their market...joint pain! ...and, hopefully fix the issue..

I find no relief whatsoever from this product. I would be hard pressed to believe there was any lidocaine in this. I should at least be able to feel some kind of numbness on my skin after use. And I don't. Nada. Has no effect on my arthritis pain, or on a skin sensation that lidocaine was recommended for. Do not recommend.

My husband bought me the roll on because the patches weren't in stock. I suffered severe burning which caused small blisters and itching. It has been a week and the area still itches and my skin is now peeling like a sunburn. I recommend the Salonpas Lidocaine Gel Patches which only contain lidocaine as its active ingredient. I have no side effects from the patches.
