    Losing hair

    Packaging faulty

    I couldn’t get the pump to work. Returned once and tried another again and wouldn’t work!! The store associate helping also couldn’t get it to work so unfortunately I am unable to try this product. I’m shocked to see no other review that reported the same issue?!?!

    UNSEALED = dangerous to use, anyone can tamper with this item.

    The conditioner is good and the scent is perfect, however it can't be ignored that all these products are 100% UNSEALED. With the amount of insane people out there, anyone can unscrew the cap and add anything to it, and the consumer is 100% exposed. WHY ARE WE PURCHASING UNSEALED PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE TAMPERED WITH? this is not acceptable and I will no longer purchase these products until they come factory sealed for the consumer's safety and the product's integrity.

    This smells great but after a couple weeks both my son and I lost hair. Not a little but like bald spots. I did go to the doctor and they suggested stopping it because it was new. It has been 3 weeks now and since stopping the hair loss has stopped.
