Honestly, I’ve yet to find a shampoo and conditioner that gives my fine/thin hair the thicker or voluminous appearance they claim it will provide, but I have noticed a little difference with this. It doesn’t weigh it down at all, which oddly is a first. Plus my hair looks moisturized and noticeably healthier. And it smells freaking amazing. I’ve only been using it (along with the shampoo), for a week and a half, so maybe with continuous use it’ll just keep getting better. I’ll keep using it regardless. Even though it doesn’t provide any drastic changes, I would have given it five stars, but I really hate that the bottle is metal. It’s only a matter of time before I bump it, and it falls in my tub and chips the porcelain.

I've used this twice first time like a normal conditioner mainly cause I was scared to loose hair after some of the reviews. Second time I used it I did it before shampooing like a hair mask. Left in for around 5 minutes and then shampooed like normal, didn't use any conditioner after shampoo, my hair was still silky and soft. My roots were looking amazing and full. My hair around the front is thinner from damage and stress. I've started vitamins as well but it's been less than a week of those. I'm on day 2 of these roots and they still are holding up. Only did 4 stars for 2 days of use. Might as well be 5 if it stays this way.

Smells amazing and really enjoy the quality, but for the price you would expect a working pump. Conditioner will not open making it impossible to use all that is in the bottle. Not going to be re-purchasing. Would rather have a normal spout shampoo/conditioner.
