Right as the warranty expired it has developed a crack in the middle of the fold area. It's supposed to last a few hundred thousand folds or a few years worth of use but it didn't even last a year. The screen now goes black or static randomly, is super touch sensitive and is having charging issues. If I leave it open it won't charge and if I'm actively using it, it will drain the battery rapidly. I've had a variation of Samsung phones for almost a decade now and this is the first issue I've had. Samsung has clearly not perfected this folding technology.

Battery life is horrible Screen protecter after a while starts forming these weird bubbles After the bubble incident it split the screen protecter in half so using the phone was uncomfortable. It is super slow after a while, really glitchy. Before I hit my one month anniversary with this phone it completely broke. I did absolutely nothing and opened it like usual. When I opened it I noticed I got a huge big black line across where it flips. Don't buy this phone if you want it long term, get one of the newest models. I'm begging you.

Terrible experience with the screen. The side (right side, front) of the screen came off a few days after use. I have been managing it, now it is the screen protector/crease. Very terrible, you can hardly see what's on the screen and Samsung recommends not taking it off.

This is cute, fits in my pockets, is great for emulators. It has a beautiful display, and the pictures look great, without a gaudy filter/blur.

I've wanted this phone since I first saw it on TV. Now my carrier says by 2022, I have to have a 5G phone...gave me the incentive I needed! Just bought it 2 weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier. The lavender color is so pretty...yep, had to have the lavender color for sure!

My favorite part about my Flip is ease and convenience to put it away without any cumbersome challenges. Once I got used to that going back was not an option. I have the Flip and the Fold, both are very convenient to fold away to my pocket. I will say the camera is trash but otherwise it's a great phone.

I really love the phone, but it does have one draw back that really bothers me. It's it battery life, not good at all. Had I known this before hand I definitely would not have purchased one. Once they get this problem solved I would definitely recommend this phone,but for now if battery life is important to you definitely stay away from this phone. Other than that everything else about this phone is great.

I love this phone. Traded in my old phone. I kept because it was small and I could carry it in my pocket. The Flip is exactly what I needed. It is easy to set up, easy to use, I can carry it in my pocket. The best part is the pictures it takes. I love my new phone!!!!!!

Great phone for workouts. If you hike/run then you can fold/flip the phone over your waistband. No external case needed. Plus, with the compact design, you can put the phone in your pocket at the gym while working out. I didn't think I would like this phone, but I am pleasantly surprised!

Short and Sweet , it's a Excellent Phone. Extremely happy with this New Flip. Has All the Bells / Whistles needed in a Perfect size for the Misse's and I. It is Slippery to hold on to at first , so the Misse's and I purchased "Clear Casses " which made a this phone All the Better. Very Very happy we chose this phone !!
