Right out of the gate, this phone had me hooked. The foldable design is a showstopper—sleek, futuristic, and a clear step up from its predecessors in terms of refinement. The AI features are seriously impressive, making photo editing a breeze and offering smart assistant tools that feel intuitive and creative. The display is absolutely gorgeous, and for that first year, the Fold 6 was a delight, handling everything with a level of polish and versatility that made my older Folds feel dated.But after a year, the honeymoon phase has faded a bit, and I’m noticing some familiar frustrations. The performance has started to lag, especially when multitasking or diving into heavier apps. Having owned the Fold 2 and Fold 4, I’d hoped Samsung would’ve ironed out these long-term slowdowns, but it’s a bit disappointing to see them creep in again. The battery life is an even bigger letdown. Unlike the solid endurance I got from my Fold 4 in its prime, the Fold 6’s battery now struggles to last a full day of moderate use, leaving me tethered to a charger more than I’d like.Despite these gripes, the Galaxy Fold 6 is still a remarkable device with a ton of innovative features that keep me coming back to Samsung’s foldables. Now with Galaxy AI integrated into it I can work from my phone as well. It's impressive how the crease isn't visible under most circumstances. I would definitely recommend this phone and looking forward to the 7 releasing this year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Z Fold 6 since launch. This is the only Fold I've owned for a year, and it runs just as fast today as it did last summer. I use the Galaxy AI features daily, especially the spell checker and writing style features. This makes my life so much easier. This phone has been extremely durable; I've been remodeling my garage and getting dust and paint on the phone sometimes, and I'm able to clean it off and keep using it. The battery life has gotten better with every update. The cameras are very good on this phone as well, and it allows me to record video in 8K at 30 fps to capture those really cool shots on vacation with family. I've tried several phones from various manufacturers, but I seem to always come back to Samsung because of their attention to detail, great software and durability.

My case comes with a kickstand to watch elevated big screen movies. I am planning on connecting a small keyboard to use as a mini laptop. Seems durable and long lasting.

I love the ability to open forms easily and the ability to see a larger screen which makes it easier to navigate pages that have 'boxes' to be filled out, without a lot of back and forth missing spaces that you can't see. I enjoy the fact that I can complete my work anywhere, without having to carry my PC. The memory and the programs that are available make this phone a game changer. The use of AI also makes it a great choice for anyone that needs to complete projects on the go. The larger screen makes it a great choice if you enjoy gaming in your downtime. This phone has excellent processing speeds and an all around great choice for work and play. My choice not to give it five stars is due to the problem I have with the front screen not transferring to the larger screen inside when I I am using programs like Facebook and want to open to a larger screen. This may not however be the phone's issue it could be the program. However it is a great choice for someone who has to work and play on the Run.

This phone screen times out in 5 minutes even if you set it to the max which is ten minutes. It not a friendly phone for playing an RPG turn based game where you do multi battles and set your phone down for a few hours. This is absolutely the worst phone for playing video games because I'm screen will time out with in five minutes after setting your phone down

Galaxy AI also helps me summarize notes, clean up written content, and even generate creative ideas on the fly. The build feels premium, and I’m impressed with how refined the hinge is—plus the device feels lighter and more pocketable than previous versions. It’s clear Samsung really focused on making this foldable more usable for daily life. Now, the downsides: battery life isn’t the strongest. On heavy-use days, I do need to recharge before bedtime. The phone also tends to get warm during intense use, especially when multitasking or using AI features. Still, these are minor trade-offs for such a powerful, futuristic device. For me, the Z Fold6 is more than just a phone—it’s a productivity and creativity hub that fits in my pocket.
