Very salty
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m used to eating the 2% milk string cheese, but these taste like they were dipped and rolled in a layer of salt. I don’t enjoy them one bit. They are thicker and harder to pull “strings” off like typical string cheese too.

Snakable!
I am in love with this! Normally, I always keep a granola or low-calorie snack bar on me in order to satiate myself between lunch and dinner, but after trying these and realizing how low the calories are, I think I have a new option! I received the Sargento VoxBox and was able to try both the Colby Jack and String Cheese Reduced Fat. Delicious! The String Cheese is filling and the Colby Jack is very different but sometimes an additional snack is necessary along with it. Overall a great snack alternative!

Expired over a month when I bought them last week (end of august)
These are my favorite cheese sticks but literally last week on Friday i bought them and ate like 6 and then realized they have been expired since July 4th so I ate cheese sticks that have been expired for over a month!
