A: Usually this means the device isn't all the way heated. Wait a bit longer for it to heat up and that should take care of the creasing.

Would give zero if i could. Out of the box, brand new and it doesn’t advance. I waited until the ready was on and tried changing the mil and nothing. It heats up but doesn’t advance the sheets.

Dumb tray
While it works fine once you get it working, the tray design is awful at best, with no directions how to open it. If you are wondering how to open the stupid tray, and are afraid of breaking it, YouTube it.

Dont bother horrible
Dislike had it two days used it twice now everything keeps curling up inside and getting stuck. Don’t waste your time or money extremely disappointed because I was expecting better from the Scotch brand

Have used this unit for a few years, and it has worked perfectly.... until now. Needed to do some laminating, unit does not want to turn on. I see several other comments for the same problem. I always store this in the original box with all the packing materials. It is unacceptable that this no longer works.
