Our testing has shown that it may take up to two weeks to adjust to a new product before getting the fullest level of protection. So, reapplication may be necessary in the first few weeks. Regarding the off odor, we want you to know all of our products go through many quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. What you’ve described is unexpected.
