Flavored and seasoned well. I found it pairs best with chicken but that’s just my personal preference. Serving size was enough for 2 adults and 1 child. You could stretch between more people with smaller portions. I found the flavor to be good and not overly seasoned. It’s slightly dry if you over cook. My microwave didn’t need the full 90 seconds
